It's an AWFUL, AWFUL company! They did a very bad job of making your website. It's super generic, definitely NOT tailor to your business. I had to call them multiple times to ask them to take the website down, and they won't refund your money!!!!

Something even worse is, after I verbally told them I am going to discontinue the business with them after the six- month package that i signed up for, they KEPT CHARGING ME!!!!! Now I am on the phone with their customer service try to get my money back.

The WORST company I have ever encountered with. Save your money and time, go somewhere else or just make your own like what I did! Cost way less and looks much better!

Absolutely horrible. Such a scam. Wasted a bunch of money and, more importantly, time with them. The sites that create are very sloppy and unhelpful. Truthfully, I am embarrassed that there is a site out there on the internet that represents my business and looks like this. Contacted them multiple times and requested the changes, but they were just not done! And it is not like I was asking for something crazy, all basic things.

For example, the Yelp button on the site they created was linked to a wrong business. Really? How do you submit this site to me, a customer, with such a stupid mistake? I brought it up to them multiple times, and it has been like this since day 1 in August 2014. Please note, it it March 19, 2015. The site they created is full of little mistakes like this (and some bigger ones, let's be fair). Hello, some attention to detail, please?

Most certainly, this site they created, however ugly and unprofessionally looking it is, does not even show up on the first page of Google, Yahoo, and Bing! Even though they claim there are some "reports" that say otherwise. Come on, if I type the key words we agreed upon in the search engines we discussed, and my site does not show up on the front page - it clearly is not there, despite what the reports say.

Please avoid at any cost.

This company said they are the number #1 SEO company in the nation. We got turned down for being a web design company offering SEO and then was offered another deal to get back on with them. The lack of communication between their team was surprising. There are a lot of promises and flattery that sounds too good to be true. Not to mention the awful landing page templates they have you choose. Find a good SEO company in your area that can actually show you results and prove they are the real thing with high ratings and a good reputation. Do your homework first before committing to any contracts for $99/month. These guys have bad reviews across other platforms as well.

This company is a joke! A scam! Dishonest! They did nothing they promised for our company.  Additionally, after we cancelled the account they charged us for 2 more months and will not give us a refund. Stay away for this conning company!

This place has the worst and most aggressive selling tactics known to man. The third salesmen named William that called the business I work for IN THE SAME DAY, I had to place on hold due to a patient being in front of my desk. Somehow he managed to believe I hung up on him. After calling 6 times in a row, and leaving nasty voice messages, etc etc. I finally got on the phone with the nicest salesmen William after his 6th call.... As he proceeded to yell continuously in my ear going on and on and on about how I "hung up on him", etc. And so and and so forth.

I got back to the doctor I work for and got to explain the situation and she proceeded to call them and explain she was not interested in working for them, as this was a red flag.

William, that really nice salesmen, CALLS BACK TO THE OFFICE, and proceeds to ramble on for over 5 MINUTES about how unprofessional the business is, and how he hopes another business takes our business because "that's the way we conduct business". As he came to what I thought was the end of the conversation, I asked "Are you done"... and you guessed it. William wasn't done.

I thanked him for confirming our refund and cancelled the business plan that was set in motion, and actually this time HUNG UP.

The is the absolute worst behavior I've ever received from a cold calling sales man. If this business allows these type of people to work in their business, there's not a chance in hell I'd ever conduct any SEO business with them.

FIRE THIS GUY and then GO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES!!!!!!!! They claim to be associated with google which they are not. They will tell you 100 things that are skewed or completely untrue, then tell you you are receiving all these promotions and discounts. Then, they won't cancel your contract without a $450 cancellation fee. I'm beyond frustrated! How is this a legitimate business?

I didn't actually use this company, but I am giving them a generous three stars because they did me a good turn.  Yesterday I signed up with one of their competitors, 29 Prime, without doing any research.  Today I got a call from a salesman from Local Lighthouse, and when I told him I had already signed up with 29 Prime, he told me I had made a terrible mistake and warned me to check their Yelp reviews.  Just as he claimed, 29 Prime has nothing but one star reviews.  As a result, I cancelled my account with 29 Prime before I ran up a huge tab.  Then I looked up Local Lighthouse and saw that they also have mostly one star reviews, so I won't be doing business with them either.  But I thought I'd give them three stars to bump their rating a little since I would have totally gotten scammed by 29 Prime if I hadn't been warned.  Thanks, Local Lighthouse!

Took my money and delivered nothing. Just another scam trying to convince you they can move you up on the google listings in exchange for money. FYI, nobody can do that for you even though everyone is promising they can. Save your money.

Local Lighthouse is a scam. I hung in there for about a month with them and got the run around the whole time. They are not affiliated with Google in any way and their promise to put you on the front page of google is a scam. It took me a month to really get clear on that. Once I got more clear, and I was STILL willing to give them a chance, they stopped calling me, so then I really knew that indeed Local Lighthouse is a scam. I now have to go to the trouble of going to my bank and reporting them to Better Business Bureau in order to get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LOCAL LIGHTHOUSE YOU WILL BE SORRY

total scam ...they keep calling and I keep telling them I'm on the do not call list but they don't care about that. I have filed several complaints with the "donotcall.gov complaints to no avail...what a dirtbag business this is...total scam
