- Anonymous| 1 replyUnknown caller left a voicemail claiming to be from the Wake County Process Server's Office, which doesn't exist. Said they were trying to deliver legal documents but had a bad address. Told me to call this number to reach the attorney in charge, a "Michael Harris" who doesn't seem to exist in Wake County NC.

- sickandtiredofitallSame. Called 6 times in the space of 4 minutes from a Private Number. Left b.s. URGENT message about a process server, documents returned and signed, need to set a date to appear in court, call back the attorney’s office BUT NO ATTORNEY NAME GIVEN, Ha!! Call back to above # with some b.s. case #. I have no arrears, no collections, and perfect credit. Have NEVER received any similar notification NY postal mail, which is THE LAW.
I DO NOT ANSWER CALLS from "PRIVATE NUMBER". Anyone who needs to speak with me is in my Contacts, PERIOD <> - sickandtiredofitall replies to AnonymousHa!! Michael Harris huh? Seems I got that a long time ago -- ages, in fact. Up to their old b.s. apparently. Ignore, and don't even consider responding to these scammers!
- IrrelevantSome process server was giving me a "courtesy call" to reschedule a time to get the paper's that Michael Harris is trying to send me. I informed her that Process servers do not give a heads up before they serve papers and I will NOT be calling anyone back in regards to any case number.

- RturnerSame thing happened to me, they left BS urgent calls stating that I had "neglected" to sign some important docs. I ignored several of their phone calls over a period of a week and then my daughter called me and said they had contacted her with a case number. That concerned me, so when I called back I got this TOXIC woman on the phone who told me master card was suing me for a debt and wanted to know my address. IF you are suing for a debt for a credit card, and you don't have my addy then that means that the original debt collector has not contacted me for a debt. Tried to scare me and said that if I didn't share my address she would show up in court and win automatically - which is GIGANTIC BS. She did have 2 of my addys and wanted me to verify one, when I didn't she got U G L Y. I told her, I will see you in court and I told her I would pray for her too
- Caller: "Michael Harris"
- Call type: Debt collector
- mmmike| 1 replyCalled me as well, with the same info others have shared. What would they be looking for. They knew my address already, and I did not give any additional information. They just wanted confirmation of information they already had. Just curious what they would be looking for.

- Tygerkat replies to mmmikeThey're "looking for" money, like all scammers. They'll claim you can pay your way out of being served but that's a lie. Real process servers don't call in advance and they don't take money to not serve you.
- MinnieI have been getting this call for a week now for someone who isn’t even related to me saying they need this person to contact them about a court case lol good luck scammer nice try
