This number keeps calling me asking for money

Leaving messages to call back about a file # and a matter attached to a social #. This is the second time since 2 weeks ago or so when they said I had 24 hours to call back.

Private caller leaves message to call the 888 number. Very rude caller. Tried googling the 888 number to no avail. Shady tactics.

A woman named Shana Marie was looking for my ex sister in law with a file number.  She wanted an immediate response or there were going to files brought against her.

Called my job left name and number to be called back said it was a legal matter.  My coworker advised them a place of employment do not leave personal info and hung up on man.

Called last week with claim # stating I need to call back right away. A complaint has been filed against me...SCAM!!!! I NEVER CALLED BACK

This number has left 2 messages for an employee.  The first message was from Shana Marie, they state that it's an imminent legal matter and they leave a case number but no employee name and request a call back.  I called the number back and they answered "Executive Office," I asked for Shana Marie, and they had a moment of confusion and said she was a third party that helped make calls.  I then asked what was the nature of the business - and they asked for the case number and then they disclosed the employees name, and said they serve legal papers to people,  recognized we were a customer service based business and wanted to give the employee a chance to change the location of receiving the notice.  The second time the message stated the business was LCS.  The employee and I called back together and the woman who answered said it was the Beiderman Group (sp?) and they deal with civil litigation.  I requested that they not call our business again and that I had told the employee and he had taken care of it and she said the employee lied and had not called.  I then said the employee was right here and she said he lied, and that this was a court order and _I_ had to do my due diligence to tell him about it.  We then ended the call.

Stated have a sheriff come and deliver papers. Have your proper identification ready. This is a scam reported number to Ftc
