888-372-4418

A person by the name of Mark Wallace called from this number and said he was a processor and was notifying me that I have been served papers to appear in court.  I was to call 1-888-372-4418 in order to obtain a release.  This is so phony it is not worth the worry.  I think everyone who gets a call from this number should call them back and flood the phone line so they can't do business.

Mark Wallace was also with Providence Litigation 888 754-0673, which if you look up has same complaints.  I have been receiving calls from these people off and on for about a year. I was told basically the same thing as gentleman above. However I did do some research and found out the following in my case:  They are calling "on behalf of Rent a Center" although I called Rent a Center corporate office 800 422-8186 and spoke with the accounting Dept. Lady there stated that she did not know of Providence and that the paperwork was not in RAC office it had been sold, by then probably 5/6 times. I explained I just wanted verification that I owed money, I did not believe I owed it. She told me that when I spoke with them again to state "Under fair debt collection act I do not owe this money. I demand proof." Providence also stated they had filed paperwork with the Court, I called courthouse no such paperwork had been filed.  When I spoke with Providences "Lawyer" again I stated the fair debt information and also asked for their address.  I was informed that they did not have to provide this, and that I needed to give him my bank information in order to settle debt.  I was told that as an adult I should know I took out the loan. I stated to him that I was not willing to give him access to my bank, I told him if he would provide proof I would review and if I did actually owe money I would send Certified funds.  He was rude and started yelling over me quoting some "legal" garbage. Which did not even make sense.  OH and FYI the lawyer I sot advise from in this told me to ask their "Lawyer" for his BPR#. Well, with all that said, today it started all over with a call from Karen Davis at Alliance Solutions.  Amazing how these people can change their names and phone numbers (and when asked they know nothing of the other company, because I did ask) and continue to prey and harass people.  If anyone knows how I can get off their list please let me know. They contiune to google me and call everyone I have ever met telling them they need to speak with me about me defruading a bank.

I know the feeling have been getting call's from these people for me and my husband i also check into it so phony like i am just going to give them my bank information would really like to know how to get them from calling and harassing us and my friends and family fed up with this crap.
