888-372-4853

Received a letter from with no return address/company info other than the 888 372 4853 number. Called the number and they immediately hung up when I asked for their company name and physical address. Letter envelope postmarked from 30336 (Atlanta, GA). The letter sent was a debt consolidation offer on a debt that I don't have. No creditor information or anything. Scam. Have forwarded the letter to the FBI and GA Attorney General office.

Received a letter from an unknown company, with no address or name. Letter just gives the 888-372-4853 number to call and a Processing number. When  I called this number gave them the processing number, I would not give any info, She stated she is just a calling center and she will transfer me. I asked her the  company name she laughed and continued with tell me she will transfer me. I told her this was a scam and would be forwarding this letter to the Police.

Instead of the police, take the letter AND the envelope to the post office & pass it on to the inspectors.
