Other than my name being said in a computerized voice, the message was left by an actual person.
"This is Abby Nelson contacting Diane... you're being notified of the claim in our office that is being filed against you. We will be verifying your current address as well as place of employment for delivery of proper documentation. At this time it is your legal right to contact the office directly at 888-372-8710. Please disregard if this message is not intended for you. This will serve as an official and final notification by phone."
My son said ignore it, it's a scam. I seem to remember something similar a few years ago. Where they said that there was a claim against me and they'd be verifying my address etc... nothing ever came of that.

Got a call from this number. They did not leave a message so I did not call back and deleted the number.

Voice mail stating there is a claim filed against me and they needed to verify employment and home address to send paperwork to and this was a final notification. they never leave a company name or their name.

Got same message from thos numver and from another number.  Exact same message.  Prof that its scam, they cant call place of employment because that's illegal

Called about my mother and left no company info or anything else pertaining to this "claim". Never called back. It's a scam.

I received the exact same message but it was intended for my sister in law. i would say it's a scam@

Has to be a scam. Don't answer call. If someone had a claim against you they would already know your address and place of employment. Plus they don't even say a company name. They are just trying to get your information.

Got the same call I believe this is a scam I get these kinds of calls all the time..

It's a robocaller
