I blocked the call

This number calls 2x/day and it shows as St. Jude.  We don't answer and they never leave a message

They keep doing the same here. I need to report them to BBB.

Sorry, but that sounds like one of the stupidest ideas I have heard in a while! Where on the BBB would you report about a "toll free number calling" you and why would anyone there care about it? Its not like they can help anyway.

Caller ID said UNKNOWN NAME. Calls & hangs up, no time to get to the phone. Never leaves a message. Blocked as of now.

showed up as toll free. They did not leave a message. anyone who calls my phone that is not already in my contact list I do not answer. if they don't leave a message i block them

Multiple calls, multiple times a day, always says StJude on caller ID.  No message. Many different phone numbers! Def spam!

Called identified as St. Judes to update records. We were a donor till this year.
