Called me from a blocked number, threatening legal whatever and I needed to call them back at 888-383-2478.

Left a message saying they were with the county prosecutor.... odd that they didn't bother to mention what county.  Called back and they were rude and aggressive and literally wouldn't tell me what it is exactly they wanted.  Threatened to send "the legal documents to my place of employment " which is funny considering i've been retired for years.

Also got a call from this exact number today. Said I had a summons, wouldn’t give me any information about themselves. Definitely a scam

Same number today, said I'm being sued and my wages will garnished if I don't pay now

Yep, they just called my son and said they tried to deliver a summons to an address we have lived at in over a decade..a summons goes thru the court, I would think a county court would know if I haven't lived in that county in ten years...it's a scam.

Not only called me, but called my (elderly) dad.  Left a message saying they were a process server and yadda yadda yadda. So, I I called sheriff's department. They said it was definitely a scam and took their phone number.
Then I decided to call them and give them an important phone number - to our local SO.
When they answered the phone I gave them the reference number I was given which was 2019. Passed on to another person. When they answered I asked their name. He said, "Randolph and Associates.  ... I told him I wanted to give them a number they could call. FUNNY, they DIDN'T want it, WOULDN'T take it, and told me they didn't make out going calls from there. He told me to give it to the person who called "with the papers.". Yeah ok, I'll do that.    -------. There's a place for people who try to beat others out of their hard earned $'s.

Next time give them the number to your local sheriff's department or your State Attorney General's Office.

Sounds like a good idea. Yeah, it was Randolph and Associates  that I talked to also..some smartass with an accent..he was rude as hell, calling me a coward and all kind of things..makes me feel better knowing it's a scam..really don't have the money to get sued right now..know what I mean.

Definitely a scam. REAL process servers don't call in advance. And you can try giving them your local sheriff's phone number or the AG's but it's lilkely they won't take it.

I got a call from them today saying the same things.

I got a call just like everyone else.Said I was being sued and the only way to pay would be over the phone with no other info given.Had some info but couldn’t give me a number to call said I would have to google it.When my son called them the guy threatened to beat him up.

There has to be something you can do..that's a threat.

Called from an unknown number, they left a long message not even for me, but my ex husband. Threatening a summons, blah blah blah..etc. left a phone number and case number. Called that number, it went to a Randolph and associates. Total scam

Said they were from Montgomery County Process Server and left 888-383-2478 to call. Failed to serve something under a Docket No. Could tell it was a scam and didn't answer the phone but took down the whole message.

I received a call today that gave this number as a callback. The originating call appeared as an out of country code on my phone. Message stated that were from a process serving place and someone would be delivering papers from 8-10 the following day. Gave me this phone number and a case number. Have determined it was a scam and will not be calling back. Bonus: they used my maiden name and I’ve been married for over 6 years.

They just called me again from a private number..leaving a message saying this is Randolph and associates  finalization department..call me at 213-348-3056 or their will an intercept put on my taxes and and an immediate bank levy...for no contact..
Has anyone gotten this call from them yet?

I just got off the phone with the real Randolph and associates in Santa Monica  California.. the real law firm and she said that they've been getting calls and complaints about somebody using their name there in Santa Monica oh, she said to call the carrier have them delete their block the numbers and then call the Santa Monica police and file a police report. She said they've already filed a police report ,they're going to pursue it. But she did say it was a scam. Makes me feel a little better
