Received a call from 888 383 2726 on 06/22/17 from a man claiming to be investigator Jeremy Duval of Jefferson Mediation Group regarding a criminal complaint being filed with the state of FL against my social..  To prevent a process server or uniformed officer from serving me at my residence or place of employment, i or my attorney is to contact their office by 3pm or be served within 72 hours.  I called back extension 402 and left a msg on Larry Johnson voicemail. Waiting on a returned call.

Got a call from 888 383 2726.  Voicemail says Regional Asset Mediation

What was the outcome of this?

Nothing happened as result of calls from this number.  No such company exists.

Caller left voice mail from an unknown number but referenced 888-383-2726 as call back number.  Caller identified himself as Johnathan Marshal a location specialist with US carriers.  Explained this is his first attempt to contact in regards to a notarized affidavit complaint and to have myself or legal counsel to return call to 888-383-2726 with a specific reference number.

Voicemail answered and continued repeating to leave a message but never actually went into recording mode.  Suspect that this is a scam of some sort and certainly does not have any of the attributes of a legitimate legal notification of any sort.

Same message except caller was Crystal Thomas same extension.   Only 2 hours before filing and a officer comes to your door.  If you don't respond you already plead guilty.  Etc. etc.

Same phone number and ext.

I'm bad at checking voicemails, but I just checked my vmail and had a message from a private number, saying they had a fraud case against me in my residential county, and that I needed to call them back. Time sensitive 24 hours, and if I or my attorney does not contact them then they will proceed with the case against me! Now, I know what I do and don't do, and fraud is something I've never done. Pretty sure they are the fraudulent ones here...not me

I just received a similar call! Trying to say I'm a person of interest in a fraud case..pretty sure it's the ones calling that are frauds

Did you happen to call back and talk to anyone?

Read posts from the first one and you will see this is a fictitious name being used to call people and is not a real company.
