These people called me at my work! They claim I owe money on a credit card from 22 years ago which I've never owned. The woman I spoke to was rude & threatening me with a law suit. When I asked her to send me the documents proving this false claim she stated she had already sent it - I told her to send it again via Certified mail, she said it was too late and that I would have to prove myself before a judge and hung up on me.

1.  You don't "own" credit cards.  I don't know why people think that when the bank gives you a card that you now "own" it.
2.  They cannot legally sue you in any state for a debt that old.
3.  They never sent you anything because there is nothing to send.

I was left a voicemail from aJason who  said he was a process server and there was a lawsuit against me and a lien on my house, said tried to serve papers before, I’m sick of these scams happening , it been a few different ones the last 2 years!!!

I keep getting called from this process server verification company stating they have legal documents to serve me with. They have a case number and they said they would be delivered in the next 30 minutes……been waiting for years to have these “legal docs” served and they are still calling.

Called and said they are going to attach my social security. Scammers!

They keep calling me telling me that I've been served and that somebody is suing me or I owe money or something they continuously call me on my cell phone and my mother's house phone
