This call was in reference to comments I had made on a website regarding Quaker Oatmeal a few days earlier.  I had opened a fairly new container of their 1-Minute Quick Oats and found it to be loaded with some kind of dead winged insects - gross!!

I then began looking on the internet and was horribly surprised to find that it seems to be a very common occurrence to find bugs, insects, maggots, and all other kinds of gross things in their oatmeal products.  Not sure if I'll ever be able to eat oatmeal again in my life.  And, I had always thought that buying Quaker brand I was paying extra money to receive a quality product all these years, over 30 years of loyalty now gone!!
