It was a threatening phone call about a docket #. It should be reported to the state attorney's office. What was your phone call about?

Slurred the name of  caller, Used Universal processing dispatch unit as company. Who are these people? gave a docket # that doesn't exist.  Maybe the state attorney's office should call & investigate the threatening docket #

Called with a docket number for here in Ky, pointed out that was not a legitimate case or docket number. They did not like that, I then called them out on it and told them i was going to call them 10 times in a row to prevent them from harassing anyone else. By the 8th call the number had been disconnected.

I just got a call about the court docket also. Called the number and she answered, "This is Monica", and then music immediately came on. Guess it's a scam after reading the other reviews.

Said there was a lawsuit against me for US Bank. I have an account there so that doesn't make sense plus this happened a year ago and it was a scam. Also check my credit at least once a week because of having my identity stolen. Checked while I was on the phone for new stuff and it wasn't there. She said that was because it was taken off in August, well i never saw anything like that back then either.  Now she wants me to hold. Oh and supposedly they sent someone out to my house to deliver documents but i was home all day.

Very rude lady named Monica claims to work for Goldstein litigation and said that my husband wrote fraudulent checks and is going to be criminally prosecuted. I called my attorney and he assured me that it is a scam because for one they don't give you just one day to respond also State charges are never going to go to the supreme Court and 3 they cannot suspend your driver's license  or close your other bank accounts that's just not how it works. Please do not fall for this. also he said they would never send documents to your home they would simply just show up. If you get this call call them back repeatedly and annoy the heck out of them!

Received a threatening message from number 888-383-6268 regarding some random case number. Was advised that I'd be receiving something via Certified Mail and that I must respond or... yada yada yada. They actually went so far as to call my folks. I figured it was a scam but was surprised at the lengths they went to sound "official."

Caller stated that legal documents relating to a lawsuit or complaint that needed to be signed for by me (or an authorized individual) were to be delivered on Friday or Monday.  Gave me a case # to reference when I called back.  Also the matter was supposedly being filed in a County I had never heard of.
