Has no CID leaves message with this call back number 8883839175 and message about a vehicle warranty .

Called several times from 361-491-3402, asking we call 888-383-9175 immediately but leaves no number or reason for calling

Total scam.    "Samantha "  from   "MY"   vehicles  warranty company wondering why I haven't called her back about my expired car warranty.    I happened to pick up and she could not tell me   a)  what kind of car I own   b) what my name is  or  c)  What company actually issued my car's warranty.    TOTAL scam  do not pick up and do not call them back

Samantha calling me about a factory warranty for my car. I don’t even own a car. No other info is given in the VM. They don’t say what car or anything.

Got the same message on VM as others; Samantha calling about my car warranty in a very generic message, didn’t ring, went straight to VM.

Some female left a voicemail about my expired vehicle warranty.

I drive a 98 Subaru with 159k miles. Im certain all opportunities for any kind of warranty passed years ago.

She just left me a message asking to call that number back but I'm pretty sure it’s a scam.

Why cannot something be done about this nonsense? It’s so intrusive!

Agreed. I have gotten several of these calls from Samantha. Now they are calling and a name (not in my contacts) is appearing in the caller ID.

Car warranty telling me to call back

Samantha has too much free time on her hands....needs to get to doing real productive work with positive outcomes!!!

Similar to Samantha. But vm says they have sent numerous mailings and want to know why they haven’t heard from me yet. Left the same 888# as a return call number

I received a call from "No Caller ID", it only rang once, I literally didn't even touch my phone and then I got a voicemail from 949.989.5905, i listened to it and the first part was cut off it sounded like. she said 'sent a few mailers to your home and so don't know why we haven't heard back yet. it's important you call back today to keep your file open, call 888.383.9175' .... I didn't want to call it back but where it was cut off, I didn't even hear who it was calling me so was concerned. I called the number and it didn't even ring, just some automated thing saying 'goodbye' then it ends the call. I found this page here and sounds like it was part of this scam.

Same - copied directly from voicemail:

“Hi there this is Samantha, I was calling regarding the factory warranty on your vehicle. We actually called you several times and with also sent out some mailers to your home so I'm not quite sure why we haven't heard back from you yet. In any case it's important that we speak to you today in order to keep your file open so please call me at 1-888-383-9175 thank you so much.”

1-949-989-5905 left a message saying they've been trying to reach me several times and even by mail.  Yes, I do get mail about warranties.  The VM says to call 1-888-383-9175 so I call just because these calls are non-stop.  Music is playing, a guy answers the phone, with no company name and asks me if he can assist.  Like really? I ask him the company name and he says "American Motor Services".   I told him to quit calling my number and he overtalks me saying my warranty is expiring and gives me pricing info, while I'm telling him to quit calling.  He finally hangs up....
