Wanted me to call them back . . .

Just received a call from 888-383-9714.After them calling three days in a row at the same time everyday I answered the phone. Crystal who said she was from united health care and needed information. Wanted my address and birthdate to verify I'm the person she needed to speak with
After 4 minutes and 44 seconds of basically wasting my time I hung up. Is this a scam?  They should have had the info they were requesting.

Said they were calling for United Health Cared. They left a message asking me to call back, but the message didn't address me by name. Whenever I've received a "real" call from United Health Care, it wasn't a recorded message, but a real person, who called me be name.

I called United Health Care and this is not one of their numbers, this is a fraud/scammer.

UHC said it is their phone number, part of their campaign division.  Called for 2 days.  Tried to return call, but no one answered, machine not taking messages, no operator available.  All electronic.   "We are calling on behalf of your UHC Medicare Advantage Plan.  From the Practice Performance Team.  Please call at your earliest convenience, M_F, 10-6:30 Central time.
