Random left a message talking about serving documents from 3-5 and to make myself available but when you call back number it's a doctors office.

I received the same message telling me to make sure I am home between 3-5 or they will go to my job and make sure a supervisor is present. If I don't then I will miss my court date. I don't even know for what. From my understanding if someone is serving you they will not notify you of this.

If you are not served, then you cannot miss your court date.  You usually don't get a court date that quick.  Once they properly serve the complaint, you usually have 20 to 30 days to respond with an answer, and then it goes from there.  This is the "process server" scam, they don't call ahead, and you don't need 2 forms of ID and a supervisor.  They say that because they are trying to extort money from you.
