"ARS Client Services". Is it a collection company?

888-385-3805- I call them and the woman who answered the phone would not tell me what the company was until I gave her my number, the number they called. I did this, reluctantly, and she revealed that it is a collection agency looking for SOMEONE ELSE~! and I had to give her my name in order for them to stop calling me for this other person. Its a direct invasion of privacy and it should make everyone angry.

They've called me numerous times-at least 10, sometimes leaving messages (only about a second long). I'm always at class or lunch or something when they call, but one of these days I'm gonna catch them and tell them to stop calling! I don't know who they are or how the heck they got my phone number in the first place. Why won't they just give it up already?!?

I called the number back and it's some kind of voicemail for someone named (not sure of the last name. I did not hear it clearly) Mr Corbit.

I too get calls from this number on my cellphone! looking for someone whom I have never heard of-
they need to be reported!

did not leave a message when they called my cell phone.  When I called them back the person in "client services" was rude and would not tell me the name of the company she was calling from.  When I refused to give her my cell phone number so she could look up who called me she told me she was going to hang up if I continued to ask HER questions.  I requested to speak to a manager and she said "none are available" but then transferred me to someone who asked me to leave my name and number and they would get back to me!!

received a call from 1-888-385-3805 who were looking for a Marcy (?).  When I called back I got an extremely rude person (who's name is Brooklyn at ext 1048) who got angry when I asked HER questions.  She said her supervisor's name is Heather Florest at ext 1035 but when I called it I got her voicemail telling me to leave my name and phone number - which is exactly what I WON'T do.  Does anyone know the name of this company?  Brooklyn (if that's even her real name) said she can't disclose that information - what a joke.

I received a call from "Lynn" stating this was NOT a sales call, but an "important business matter" and I needed to return the call.  I would like to know if they are required to inform you of their business name and reason for calling.  Why should I call back if I have NO CLUE who or why they are calling me?

I just placed a call to this place - they want the last 4 digits of your social security number before even speaking with you.  If you refuse to give this information they get extremely rude and end the conversation with you. Great way to conduct business.

Called about 4 times leaving messages saying it is in our best interest to reply.  Somehow knew my spouse's name.  Scary.

called me but I was on the other line when I tried to call it back all I get is a sorry your call did not go through after it rings once

They are all very rude.  If you give them the run around long enough, they hang up on you, then call you back talking as sweet as candy.

These people call me too because I owe my cellphone money wich I couldn't pay at the time. anyway this guy called me telling me how come I didn't pay? I told him I'm disable and get monthly checks and I couldn't pay at the time. He told me I should "get off the sofa and work and stop eating chips" I explain I can't and he went off talking very ugly to me, I contiued to talk to him in a clam voice I did not hang up on him I just said I can not work and I am phiscaly handicap on my left side after I said that he hung up on me.

I get a call almost DAILY from this place. They never leave a real human message. Its a female then it says my name in a Robot like Voice. They never say who they are only telling me to return their calls. I am not that dumb to call this number back because its a scam and I'm not falling for whatever they have in store. Plus, if they won't identify themselves, then I will not answer nor call back! F- them!
