    Received call from a Brian Davis claiming to be Citi-Serv trying to serve documents for Alameda County.
    Citi-Serve is a real company but doesn't cover Alameda County. Did a reverse lookup on 888# - that's what led me here. Thanks for the tip MJG - I almost called him back...
