Called my cell. Did not leave a company name, case number, subject, etc.  Left a call back number 1-888-564-1148.  I called the number and received  recorded instructions to leave my name, phone number and case number. The message was fast spoken and a little garbled but I believe he said his name was,  "Joseph Becki" with "NW Arbitration".  I think this may be a bill collector trying to collect on an old non secured credit debt that closed many years ago (As If!) Why they have started to call lately after so-so many years? -  I don't know.  I blocked the number from my cell. Ridiculous and a total waste of time.
