Missed a call from this number by a few seconds so I dailed right back. "Roderick" answered and asked if I had an upcoming court date. I told him that I did not and he asked me to hold. He came back and said that it was likely a misdial, then after a few more seconds said is this [my first and last name]? I confirmed that it was me, then he said "Oh. You can just disregard the call".

Really weird.

These people have been calling for AGES literally months for someone (not me) for a package, a court date, someone is suing this person etc etc and they are all final notifications. This is a scam. Do not answer these calls. You can block, but they will just call you with another number

Received a call from this number. They said that a person complaint has been filled against me. There is NO ONE I KNOW THAT WOULD

they call all the time - they've been told to remove the number as there is no one with the last name of Lambert...............  I'm calling the DA

A lady called me stating I took out a loan from cashnetusa for $500 back in 2011 and that since I have not paid they are taking me to court and pressing loan fraud charges. I never have taken a loan out ever in my life besides student loans so thought someone stole my identity. I decided to take it upon myself to call cashnetusa for myself they said I have never taken out a loan and to disregard those phones calls and that it was a scam and to be careful. Please beware these people will scare you and tell you there are charges and request payment from you.

These people are good! They have my old address, my current address, my employer, my birthdate, even my DL number. Also, the date when they are saying it was done was in the midst of my divorce, about 6 years ago. Ugh! They are threatening me with garnishment and I don't think I owe anyone.
