This scam company called my phone FIVE times in a row at work, like back to back.  They said I was approved for a loan that I know that I did not apply for.  They claimed they were with E Capital Finance, which is a trucking finance company so yeah. FAKE!!!

Called me until I answered this am. Gave me all my bank info, told me to answer when they called back and that it would be between 6-8:30. Also asked about online banking and asked password and username. I cooperated but then changed my password and will completely cancel my account saying someone took my card so they can give me different account and routing number. Something about hard times that makes you hopeful. I asked why so late and he gave me the story about it being Friday and banks being closed, and that was exactly my point. Caller sounded foreign but said his name was Derrick Scott. Be careful everyone.

So, you "cooperated" and gave them everything they asked for?  Why would you do that?  Then you lied to the bank about why you needed a new account number?  By the way the routing number is etched in stone as it is assigned to that bank and that bank only.

This number called me and said i was approved for $10,000. They got al my information from an online loan application I filled up. They said the monthly payment would be only $207/mo for 60 months. Sounded really good, but i kept going because i need the money for medical purpose. They said they will submit my application to their funding dept. and will call me back in less than 2hours. I asked them what number should i keep an eye on and and they gave me this number 888-385-7049 and a number direct to him 312-766-0158. About 2 hours later they called back asking for my bank username and password. I said i wasn't comfortable giving it over the phone and they sent me a text formally asking me for my bank username and password. When i asked why do you need that? That you have all my info already, they answered that once i get the 10,000$, I can take the money, go to my bank and change my username and password. And when i said I don't want the loan anymore. He said they would charge me a cancellation fee of $199, which will be charged to my bank acct. when i said go ahead charge me. He still insisted for me to take the loan and that's when i hanged up. Called my bank, told them what happened and they changed my bank acct right away.

That address is also associated with Sunrise Loans.  Both seem like a scam outfit.  If you gave them all your information you will need to visit the FTC identity theft website to learn what else you need to do.

I was called to confirm that I had been approved for a loan for $1000 under condition that I sent first installment payment & my loan would be transferred into my checking account in 45 minutes. Well I did & still no loan. When calling to see what's going on he is telling me that I have to send more money. This scam company took my money,no loan,& is refusing to refund the money I sent. I need answers and my money. What do I do?
