I received the call in my work time, didn't answer

french speaking-says it's from the us on voice mail, but it's not English. I blocked it assuming it is a solicitation.

its NOT Hydro Quebec Collection...its a courtesy automated call stating the electricity will be turned off on March 19th/2013 from  8:30-9:00am for electricy services and if this date isn't suitable for you, the service will be interrupted on the 20th of March..and if you have an emergency to call them at  1-800-790-2424

It's Hydro-Quebec for any reason. Sometime for Collection, sometime for Interruption.

Stop telling it's not collection.

Message enregistré, en anglais seulement, m'invitant à aller payer mon compte pour éviter des frais...  Ça sent le scam !  1) mon compte se paye automatiquement par prélèvement et 2) Depuis quand une communication purement en anglais et provenant des étant-unis ??
