left a message asking for address to serve me paper.. This is a scam you are not notifed prior to being served for court and they have your information already..

THEY CALLED ME SAYING THEY WERE COMING TO SERVE PAPERS. WONDERING IF I WAS AT WORK

called me at work was not available so they left a message to call them and told them i had 24 hours to contact them or will be served.

Just received a voice mail as well from 8883912134.  Was told that I needed to inform my employer that they were going to serve me papers at my work and my home address.  Told me that at my home address to make sure I did not have dogs or guns in the home.  My employer has not received a fax but made them aware.

They are doing the same to me accept the name given to me is being sued by Acina Rothman? I ahve no Idea....

THE CALLER STATED THAT WAS CHARGE WITH A CLASS C FELONY AND PROCESS SERVER WILL SERVE ME I AM STRICT ABOUT THE LAW IF THIS A SCAM IS SHOULD BE STOP  WHO DO WE CALL TO INVESTIGATE THIS? ITS SCARED ME.

They are calling me at work and on my cell saying if i dont contact in 24 hrs they will serve me with papers for attys epstein and rothman for class d felonies do i need to get myself an attorney as i do have some issues but have never been threatened like this before! Im sisc with worry please help!

Take a deep breath---and relax. Debts are civil and not criminal matters and you cannot be arrested for an unpaid debt.

KW,  i just received a call from George Killian (yeah, just like the Irish beer), saying I am to call at 800-764-0544. Even had a docket number and all that jazz. extension 517. I tried to look their office up on google, no such luck. nice eh? What did they say to you?

I just received a pre-recorded call about being served by some company at the number 888-316-2160.  When I called I got the operator who I can assume is a dialer for a collector.  When I asked the name of the company, she stated that it was Lipson, Burns and Klein in Davie, FL.  When I googled the company info,this is not their number nor have they ever heard of these people. When I called in to get more info they would not give it to me and said that I had a bad check for a payday loan.

some u people on here are ridiculous! this is why u are so easily scared into paying money because you all are so scam shocked that u wouldn't know a scam if it was staring you in the face! actually if passed your checking information over the internet, it could be considered as passing a bad check across state lines, you should try using the internet for something else other than looking up scam collection agencies.....this is sad.... F>Y>I> to the "helper" if that particular collection agency owns the debt in which they are attempting to collect on, do have the LEGAL right to have you served and taken to court for just that, "passing a bounced check across state lines," in most of your states its illegal to due payday loans online, so if you broke the law in order to receive the loan, then intentionally default on paying the loan back, is labeled as robbery by trickery which is a FELONY in 40 states! stop taking out the loans and you won't have to worry about whether or not you are being scammed.....after all you all did scam the loaning institution the gave you the money in the first place......."Do unto others as you have others do unto you...." wow you Americans are so slow sometimes, it amazes me how you all consider yourself the land of the free, when freedom itself isn't even free there

these people keep calling my office and leaving full voicemails with a lot of detail for someone else.  I can tell you the personal details of one of my coworkers.  I've forwarded the msgs to him and told him to hire an attorney.  I hope he gets a big payday from these folks.

I also spoke with that killian man and his boss.and they were talkin about takin me to court and putting fraud on my name.what the hell does that mean anyways put fraud on my name.long story short dont give out ur info unless u have papers telling u why their contacting u!and if u state to them i know the law and i dispute these charges and further more i would like to be contacted in writting only.u wont hear from them anymore.and if u do that harrasmeny.but u have to b firm with them!

You no doubt are affiliated with these scammers Mr. "Disgusted."  You are obviously trying to scare people into paying debts they don't owe, and even if they did, you are utilizing illegal practices to collect the debts.  I am an attorney who is representing someone you have tried to scam.  I'm personally going to pursue finding out who you really are and finding these people some justice.
