Scam. Voicemail said it was an urgent message about my student loans - but I don’t have any student loans.  Message sounded very professional.  Did not call them back.

Left a message with Agent 3121 and said to call back with reference number 00539.

Same exact message as Linda. Agent 3121 with a reference number of 00539 and to call back about urgent updates to student loans. Don't even have any loans.

I just got the same call with the same message, agent number and reference number. Has to be a scam.

Exact same message as those reported above. The 888 number did not show on the VM though; instead they spoofed a telephone number close to my location.

Rachel Stevens, agent number 3121 called me about a student loan that I don't have. lol. My reference number was 00539. Total scammer

Interesting -- my case number is the same as yours!!  I graduated from college over 35 years ago -- paid off those loans a LONG time ago!

I had same message...showed called from Tonawanda NY.

Same thing, same exact message, caller ID had the number calling from Hawaii.

This is a scam.  I have a kid in college, with no student loans.  You them and tell them you have no student loas that and they hang up on you.  Waste of your time.

I got the same message 2 days ago from Rachael Stevens- Agent 3121- reference # 00539. Couldn't understand first part of message, but "my account would be left open until Friday". Glad I looked up the number!
