This caller claims to be a tax fraud agency and says a warrant is about to be secured against you, for tax evasion and fraud, but they do not call you by name.  Three calls in two days.  Never answer these skunks.  

Left on answering machine to return call to IRS agent name (unintelligentable due to an accent or lisp) with 2 different phone numbers --first disconnected 8883932421 second no answer.8883933431.  There was warrent for my arrest for a "lien" and to get backround info call.  Maybe ther could help me avoid arrest I Reported to IRS fraud

Left a message on cell phone first number was 8883932421 then he repeated second time 8883933431. Sounds like a young male with an Indian or malasian accent.
