Keeps calling my business saying I need to call them back in regards to "software" they installed on my computer. Really annoying, hate the scammy BS.

same as above - a deliberate shuffle noise at the start covers the assumed name and goes to ... installed software on your computer last year and now there is a red flag - call this number, etc. The number does not display any company name.

Wow, if anyone falls for this scam I would have a hard time feeling sorry for them.  The message played, generated by a computer, is as follows: "This call is in regards to security software that we installed on your computer last year. Now we see a red flag error and stating that there is security breach on it. Please call 18883934259. I repeat it's 18883934259. Thank you." The message repeats one more time, then ends.  Great way to not tie up your scammers waiting for people to answer the call, get the victim to call you so you already know there's a sucker on the line.
