Left message on cell phone stating I have urgent matters regarding my student loans that need my immediate attention. Hmmm, I’ve been out of school since 1986. Must be a scam or trying to sell something. Blocking the number

Amber (agent #7290) left a message requesting that  I return call her about my student loan balance and that she would hold my account until Friday before taking action. I have never had a student loan.

I had the exact same reference #00538

Another experience of Amber wanting me to return her call regarding my student loan.  I never had a student loan.

Amber, called regarding my student loan reference #00538. Did not state who they were calling for or where they were calling from. Sounds Fishy

Left a message saying that I had to return her call with an urgent matter about my student loans. Unknown company but said her name was Ingrid Thompson.

I have the same agent, Amber, with the same agent and reference number as others have posted.

This phone number called me as well saying that I had overdue actions on my student loans. When I asked which loan the woman on the phone was referring to, she said that it was all of my federal loans. I then asked who is hosting these loans. And she hung up. HUGE SCAM

Amber agent 7290 claims an urgent time sensitive matter and gave me a case number. I knew it was a scam call so tried to call her back and was hung up on. It is a total scam and I wish they would stop hanging up on me before I can confront them.

I got a call from Amber Thompson; agent ID 7290 on Thursday 6/6/2019 at 4:54 pm; display number shows 352-330-2365; she left a call back number of 888-393-6803 stating that there have been urgent changes to my student loan. When I try to call back, it says the number is not in service.

Got a call from Amber Thompson. same number same case no as above. I've been out of school for decades....

Called regarding my sin number is under suspicion of being related to criminal activities, the voicemail was highly dramatic and if I don’t call them back, good luck to me. SCAM!
