I have gotten several calls from this number, but as soon as I pick up and answer the other side hangs up.

THIS COMPANY HAS CALLED ME FOR ALMOST A YEAR, THREE TO FOUR TIMES A DAY . I AM NOT THE CALLER THEY'RE ASKING FOR, BUT WHEN I TRY TO CALL THEM BACK TO STRAIGHTEN UP THIS MESS, THEIR RECORDING TELLS ME TO ENTER AN ACCOUNT NUMBER. I AM GETTING VERY TIRED OF THEIR CONSTANT HARASSMENT.

They've been calling me for months on end every day, five times and more.  They've called me from several different, numbers, I think I've noted five different numbers from them.  How do we stop this??????

Found out that this is ANOTHER number Bill Me Later is using.  They have been calling me for months on end, every day, sometimes five to six times a day if not more. How can this be stopped??????

Per internet research, these three (3) phone numbers belong to Bill Me Later  - Debt Collection Agency(s).  No caller ID is cited.

I believe the prior owner of my cell phone number may be the possible debtor.
I've changed cell phone numbers with my carrier, but the new number results in the same problem.

it's one of many phone numbers used by Pay Pal Credit ( you know , like when u check out at EBay or a merchant who accepts Pay Pal purchase, well now they have a new division for extended payment credit ) they are calling to get paid or in collection/default, so by calling 866 528 3733, talk with rep to make a payment arrangement or settlement or ask why they are calling your number for money?  (by the way they have called me now about 30 times this week, they have many, many numbers they call from now, at just one of there numbers, at least 5 times a day + they call from the  other numbers as well, if I dont pick up and talk to them again, and again, to tell them they have the wrong party again, they dont care, it will never end. I dont pick up anymore unless I know the caller, at least till I get a new number, yes upsetting a bit, I just ignor them now and must charge my battery more often, have others call me in evening incase I dont often get calls from that person and are not programed in my phone yet.  my latest messages-Blasting music first and then a womans voice says hello ,hello, as they turn off the blasting music like its someone I should know. Have called from several different numbers, it comes up on my cell phone as HARASSMENT. I do not answer, but I look up numbers that call me and it is Bill Me Later. My understanding is they are affiliated with Pay Pal. I have not now, or every had a Pay Pal account. I have had nothing at all to do with Pay Pal or Bill me later, never heard of this until I saw this thread. And I have never had any reason to deal with a debt collector. I owe no money to anyone.

I'm not ready to pay them back yet. So i tell them to just Bill me later.

Someone from this number is blowing up my phone night and day! I try to call it back and it asks me to provide my account number. I am so tired of them blowing up my phone! It’s every second lately and it’s hard for other people to call me!

I have been getting calls from PayPal Credit endlessly. Great feature on my phone, I can block numbers straight to voicemail. The many numbers they have, are all blocked. I will get to them when I can, they do not have my social, and can not do anything at all. So, the world revolves as they harrass me to try to get something that is fabricated by society and not real.

Last Friday it was 3 times in 10 minutes. The previous 4 days? The fifth day? 2 times in 5 minutes.No calls. What kind of a bill collector operates like that?
