Renee Mitchell was the lady that left a message but it sounded like the was reading off of a script. she didn't say the company that she was calling from just that it was an urgent matter about my student loans and the number she called from versus the number she left in the message didn't match. My loans have been paid off for years so I knew it was a scam.

Left msg about student loans and changes that we needed to discuss. No company name given. Renee Mitchell Agent#9268. And even gave a reference # for when I call back. No thank you!

Similar message left by Renee Mitchell from an Orlando number that didn’t match call back number. Did not say who she was calling to speak with and I couldn’t understand the reason for her call, but reading these other posts, I now see it was regarding student loans (I thought she said Stallone’s). I never had student loans, so I figured it was wrong # or scam.

Got voice mail from Renee Mitchell agent 9268 regarding student loan. The number she called from is 304-560-2580 left reference number 00311 the 888-393-8483 call back. No one at my home has student loan. This is an obvious scam.

I thought she said Stallone's also.  My school loans have been paid off for almost 20 yrs.  I think she also said something about .10 cents and that my account will only be open until Thurs.

I got the same call with reference number 00311 when I called back I said I have no student loans and they hung up, they also said on the voicemail I had until thurday scam

Same phone number, account reference, agent number, and person as everyone else. No company name was included in the message. The caller kindly extended my account until Thursday, which is great because I really want to talk to them about my student loans that have been paid off for over a decade. Thank you, next!

Same message, same person, and same calling back phone number. You can just ignore it, which we did.

She called me and told me it was very important I call her back regarding my student loans.  OMG I have been out of school over 15 years and I wasn't ever made aware that I ever took out a single student loan in the first place as I was pretty sure school was paid in full the second I walked across the stage.  These guys are ridiculous!!!

Got a message from "Renee Mitchell" regarding "stloans" with almost unintelligible garbled speaking.  She did not ask for who she was trying to reach by name.  No name of her company given.  She promises to keep the matter open until Thursday if I call her.  This is a scam.

Got a call from Renee Mitchell about student loan, NEVER have had one. Just for the fun of it I called number she left and got a recording saying number not in service,  SCAM!!!!!!!!
