Accusing me of fraud.

My mother got a call from these people today and it was about my wife was asking all kinds of info called the number back said it was ACS have seen there name in other scams as well

They said something about fraud also to my mom

First received a call from a Private Number. Someone claiming to be a "Process Server" . I will not mention her name here.. She asked me to call 888-393-9107 to resolve the matter before the authorities arrived to serve me. Called that number and gave my "Case" number. They said I was being "charged" with Fraud and "Breach of Contract" regarding some payday loan. Gave me a Bank I have never had an account with.. In any case.. I am now filing a Complaint with the Attorney General. This Company "ACS" is using "Shakedown" methods and illegal methods to collect debts. In this case a debt that does not even exist. Little do they know how much trouble they are now in. I just happen to be with my attorney at the time of these calls. He counted no less than 9 violations of the FDCPA in about 4 minutes of talk time.
