Typical of Gamble.  They violate every rule in the book.  Gamble is just a group of people acting as debt collector/repo artists.  They can't file charges and they can't even make a police compliant since they don't own the rental property in question.  Totally bad actors.  Report them.

If you are in possession of property belonging to the rental company you should simply return it and keep all records.  Try to work out some sort of settlement with the rental agency. If the property was stolen, get a police report.   Simply do not deal with their agent which is Gamble.  Personally I would only deal with the rental agency.  Not Gamble.

If there are allegations of theft, then it is up to the rental agency to make a police complaint.  The debt collector has no standing.  Debt collectors have no power of arrest and no influence on the criminal justice system.   This character Nash will try to threaten you with threats of "jail" or "arrest" or "warrants" or some other such legalistic nonsense.  Only a public prosecutor can file criminal charges and only if there is some sort of police investigation.  At least in California.

If you are in possession of property that belongs to the rental agency simply make arrangements with the rental agency.  Do not deal with Oscar and Gamble and tell Mr Nash and his friends to go directly to hell.  Block their calls.  Oscar and Gamble violate every federal rule there is when it comes to debt collection.  Look at some of the previous posts.

If they continue to harass you tell them that you will make a complaint to the police for extortion.

Got this call tonight on my cell, left a message.  Message was for someone else not my name.  Everyone relax, this is a scam!!  Delete and don't even think about it!!!!

I received a message Friday threatening to turn me into the attorney generals office for fraud and that a warrant would be sent out for my arrest if I did not call Kenneth Hayes back within 24 hours. I called him back and told him not to leave threatening voicemails . He responded " I'll talk to you the way I damn well please". That was this morning at 10:11 am since then hes called me back to back . I am ignoring a call right now.

I received a threating call abt a bill I owed Aarons from 06.. This was paid off. The man threat to have district attorney contact me
