IRS calling a lawsuit has been filed on my Husbands name.  The Indian Rude person wouldn't give me any information!!!!!SCAM

I wish someone can TRACE THIS tel. no. and persons behind it,

We Received several calls from the number 1-888-374-1279 stating that a lawsuit had been filed against us in the county court and for us to call them back at this number, I called them back and a guy with a "Indian"-middle eastern accent answered as IRS when I told him why I was calling he asked for me husband. I told him he was available he hung up on me. I then came online and saw all these other complaints.
