    Recorded message. It's starts off by basically saying it's not a spam call, which it is, and goes into describing a zero percent loan that can be obtained from my Visa or Mastercard (which I don't have), blah blah blah.
    It's gotta be a scam of some kind (regardless of what they initially claimed). It can't be legit. I blocked it.
