I got an email from a spam sender with an invoice and this contact number. Because the email was both unfamiliar and scammish-looking, I didn't open the attachment and instead looked up the  called the number. Google said it's an IRS affiliated exchange (second three numbers), but the representative that answered said it was PayPal fraud complaint department. They tried to walk me through installing a remote access app to, I assume, shadow my phone. Told rep I had a slow connection and would have to put the phone on airplane mode to restart the phone's connection, then just hung up.
