Really?
Did you even bother to read any of the other posts here, or did you just blindly post your question?
Do you even have a Google Business Listing?  Or, are you like many of the posters here who do not?

I called them back and they hung up on me  - called them again and the guy admitted "authorizwed google biz rep - its all nonsense ignore these idiots

I was called from 747-336-8401. My Google phone identified it as a suspicious spam call. I did not not answer but they left a voicemail. with "urgent problem with my Google business listing". The callback number was 888-397-6841. The message asked if I could call back and press 9 to opt out.  So I called the number thinking I would get a recording and could opt out. Instead, a live person answered, very professionally. I stated that I was told I could press 9 to opt out.  He said there was AN OPT OUT FEE!!!  I said, What? The OPT OUT FEE IS $199!   I said "Ridiculous!" and hung up.

Yes, "Michael" called me too. He must have many different phone numbers to choose from because he called me from 325-600-6084. Urgent problem with my Google business listing, which I don't have. Also, when his call is received in error call back too. Anything to get you cal lthem. I'll just block the number instead.

That is so true, Google never calls.

Exact same thing as everyone else has mentioned (call from 'Michael', no Google business listing), except that the call came from (949) 686-6579.
