A Skylar Marson (probably not spelling this right) calling regarding loan payment options (I don't have any student loans), with an "agent" number and "reference" number provided as well. Did not state what company they are representing. I have had this same message from a different woman, with slight variations, from other numbers. Scam.

Same thing & hard to make out what she was saying. It’s a scam..no company name mentioned either.

I also have no student loans and have been getting one of these calls every week or so.  She very nicely is giving me until Friday to call back without penalties. Not going to happen.

Received voicemail saying they needed to discuss repayment and that it was “time sensitive” but they would “keep it open until Friday.” I called back, they claimed to be from Dept of Ed identifying individuals who were eligible for income-based repayment. I’m skeptical.

Same phone call. Claimed to be "enrollment center" for loan forgiveness. I asked if they could verify who they were before I gave them information and she said, "that's okay" and hung up on me. Definitely a scam.

Same here. Agent 5738 ref number 00296 same as a few other sites scam scam scam.

Same, Agent 5738 ref number 00296, calling about Student Loan and that it was time sensitive and case will remain open until Friday.  No company name given.

Same as well. Skylar agent 5738 left mess re: federal student loan and would keep open until Friday.  Different person answered.  Call I pressed for info (no student loans here) woman said she'd take me off list and hung up.  Also had similar message from a Stephanie Morris at 866 582 0440.

I received the same call as well from Skylar Monson. Funny we were given the same reference # 00296 which is to assist in verifying me. Originally called from (910) 623-1289; left a call back # of (888) 397-7354.

I received the same call. Skylar Monson agent 5738 for reference #00296. I did have a student loan that has been paid off so repayment options just don't make sense. Also, clearly all of us would not have the same reference # ;). If you receive this call, don't stress and delete.

Exactly the same with me as well. Limited info and a sketchy call. What kind of "agent" is a bill collector ?
