caller id # 215-467-0165 left voicemail saying Chelsea Reagan agent #6422 and calling in reference to your student loans need to discuss payment options some recent changes ---affect recently so if you can call me back my number is 888-397-7484 and then i'm gonna give you reference number to have when you call back just makes things a lot easier if you have that it is 00153 and although this is time sensitive i've gone ahead and ---this matter to remain open on the account until tuesday again the number is ....}  no mention of what agency and when i called the number they don' give a company/agency name when i asked for name there was silence and then i couldn't end the call, had to turn my phone completely off!

Same exact message!!but the number was 888-397-7484.. i have no student loans in default they are all paid in full and the last few are in forbearance. I know this has to be a scam but of course I spent my time double checking all my loan accounts.

Got the exact same call.  Wording exact.  Called back - number is no longer working.  Guess people caught on?

Just received the same exact message.  Everything... name, agent number and even the ref number was the same. Glad I googled it before calling back.

Got the same EXACT recording giving the phone number 888-397-7484 to call HER back.  I have never had any student loans! This sounded like a real business call but neither this # or the IDed. # are working phone numbers.

I had the same experience, so person, reference number, and script. Only I don't use student loans. I use the G.I. Bill

Receive same message from Chelsey agent 6422 about student loans. We never have had student loans. Reference # 00153
