- anon| 2 repliesSounds like a phantom debt collection scam. Calls and says there is pending civil case against me for past due date. Call comes in as Unknown, but someone by the name of Jennifer Scott leaves a message with the number 888-397-8882.
When I called it back a few times, several different people answered....some times they said "Claims" sometimes they said "Investigations" and sometimes they claimed a business name of "Adam, Gregory and Scott."- Caller: Debt Collection

- CWG40 replies to anon| 1 replyDebt scammers. Don't deal with them, don't give them any information. Do not send them any money or agree to. They use all sorts of threats. Don't pay any attention to them.
Sometimes they use Ace Cash or some variation.
