Caller left a long message with a agent # 6311 and a reference number about a student loan .. I have no student loan I'm a disabled veteran.  This number has been calling and calling when I get to speak to someone on the phone and start to explain I don't have a student loan they simply hang up in me. This company needs to be shut down there rude and unnecessary.. there pins scum fir even messing with someone who fought for there country they so freely live in .. it's a shame .. shame on y'all..

They left me a voicemail about student loans as well.
This one is scary because they sound legit and will say its "time sensitive" and they're extending the matter due to not reaching directly and leaving a voicemail.
Be careful, especially if you're like me and you DO have student loans

just got the call from a 405/902/7553 with the 888 399 0423 as a call back. i have loans but they are in good standing.and they are not allowed to mention what they are calling about.  i got the exact message. t

I received a voicemail.  I have student loans and immediately went to my student loan provider account.  Everything looked fine, auto-payment in place, account current.  So.  I called the number.  The man that answered asked if I was calling to "reduce my student loans".  I replied, "No.  You left a voicemail with a reference number".  He immediately hung up on me.  So much for scamming and/or harassing me, when you hang up on your potential victims.  I'll continue to block these numbers and reporting the ones that "get through".

Received call from agent #6311 stating it was time sensitive to return call concerning my student loans. Funny thing is I do not have student loans. They did not leave company name in voicemail. My son does have loans however, did check his account and all is good. I’m listed as a contact on that account. This must be a scam - please be aware and careful.

Got a few too, it's a scam a real company would have no problem giving their name on the phone. Chances are they will only have a p.o box instead of a building address
