    The lady called to let me know that I had a returned check and she was to sere me. I told her that as of this week that I had started serving numerous calls from 888s which research showed tob e scams.Of course, she said that was not the case but couldn't give me any information. Please beware these people are threatening with court action and want your money.  FYI - Payday loans cannot take you to court over a check because they had knowledge that the funds were not available

    Everytime I get a call I post to the web and file a Federal Trade Commission Complaint. SOmething has got to be done about these scammers.
