- AnnoyedI got the same voicemail as the people above: Tom Matthews calling about the warranty on my vehicle. When I called back they asked for my name..and then gave the same line. I asked which vehicle and the rep said "um..a mini cooper?" When I explained I didn't have a mini cooper, I was told to disregard the call. Cool.
I hope and pray no one falls for this pitiful scam. - botheredThe same as previously reported, Tom Matthews about dealer processing fre message from before the holidays. Looks like factory warranty on the vehicle in your household has expired...etc. Call 888-399-8934. Obviously scam. My vehicle is 14 yrs old and never a warranty and my number not on any other.

- FrustratedLike many others reported, it’s Tom Matthews from dealer processing about my expired vehicle warranty. According to him, I left a message before the holidays and he was getting back to me with the good news that the warranty can be reinstated. Yippee. All my vehicles are leased and have been for over 10 years. Call back number is (888) 399-8934.

- JessicaSame deal, Tom Matthews calling on "my vehicle". I don't even have a vehicle so obviously a scam. When the number showed up on my phone, it had a local area code. When the voicemail was left, it was a different number and area code all together and then the callback number was 888-399-8934. Obviously a huge scam.

- Cheryl WilliamsExact same as all the other comments Tom Matthews same number and same message before the holidays. I went a step further and called them back--I wanted to hear what they were scamming. They did have the information regarding my current vehicle. I asked for a copy of the warranty to be emailed to me and of course they could do that. But I would need to pay the $195 fee before I received a copy of the warranty within 10 minutes. That's when the conversation ended.
