First fax came in on 6/06/13; I called 1-888-400-0155 and asked to be removed. Person (male) said ok it will be done....called the "to be remove your fax number call 1-877-4047-4697...voice message said" number will be removed soon"

6/10/13 same scenario except male who answered call would not give me their fax no or address..... sounds like a scam

I continue to get faxes every day from these people claiming they are vacation wholesalers. When I called to ask for their name (UTM) and their website they said they don't have one. What business in this day and age doesn't have a website or is not listed in the WWW. The BBB reports has this number listed as a fax number for a different company.  The operators sound professional and the lines kept ringing in the backgroud when you call. I don't care if their rates are cheap because I am not about to give my credit card info to an anonymous company like this one.

Everything you guys are saying happened. Ringing in the back round. Spoke to an Amanda Morrison. She was very convincing. I actually purchased the deal because my boss gave it to me the flyer. Afterward I became skeptical. Especially when they couldn't give me the name of the company. I kept getting transferred. Only Amanda was professional and convincing. I had to take drastic measures and freeze my account for fraudulent activity. And transfer my funds. Was a hassle, but I didn't let them charge my account.

OMG!!! I had my sister call because she travels more than I do and can spot a scam.....well this is what she told me..........
"The man could not give me a website to check… no such company exists… He could not tell me what the abbreviations of his company stand for…. Not good hunny… I wouldn’t give them my information.
I would have rather it been for time shares… Plus they ask that you wait 90 days after you pay the booking fees to plan your trip for the best rates… that’s in addition to the cost of the trips… the trips are at a per person rate.
Look at the link above and see what is written… That was the only thing that came up for that phone number… BBB is not aware of this company."

I received an "unsolicited" fax from 1-888-400-0155 and the font was so small on it for the "to be removed" number I thought I'd call the big number above to get their fax number so I could do the removal.  I called twice and got a female the first time and a male on the second call.  Each ask me for MY fax number I wanted removed.  I politely ask for the their number (that was illegible on my fax) to call to remove my fax number as I would like to do it myself.   On both occasions I was summarily HUNG UP ON by both telemarketers.  This is a SCAM folks; stay clear!

If they ask you to wait 90 days to book your trip that is because after 90 days there is no warrenty to report a claim with a credit card of debit company.
