Air Conditioning & Heating - estimate

Caller (female) answered with something like Costco Heating & Air Conditioning. I think this is soliciating for estimate and new business. No harm done. Just nicely thanked her.

She leaves a massage saying she is calling from Costco Air Condition but I called Costco to verify and they have nothing to do with this company. Calls are annoying, leaves up to two massages per day! I tried blocking calls but somehow manages to use another line so I can't block the calls from coming in. I wished an agency would crack down on this company for harassment and for saying they are part of Costco. Incoming number is a local air conditioning company, Costco says it is not one of their vendors.

This is AZ Heating and Air Conditioning, and they are affiliated with Costco.  I know this because I bought an AC unit through Costco and AZ is who did the work.
