Got 2 calls from a private number so I didn't answer. Left a voicemail and it was a woman saying she received a complaint against me and legal action would be taken and the agency is planning to head out to my address, only stated the street name. Left a number to call which was this number. She also left a brief message of the same nature on my home phone and my sisters cell.

called me saying i have a case filed against me in sac county and my family members were called as well. Fake Fake Fake!!

Same as above.. had my street name, but no address. Also left a reference number. I don’t know if they’ve contacted family members, but I will be blocking this number.

Received a voicemail saying it was intended for my mother in law, only first and last name. A woman stating that someone had filed a complaint against her and to call this person's legal team at this number to discuss the legal action being taken against her.

Called my daughter's cell, same as above.

Well that was fun.  This fake company called my mother-in-law and my niece to inform them they were trying to serve me court papers so that I wouldn't miss a court date (that doesn't exist), gave a case number (that is fake) and that I needed to call...what a joke.  What process server is going to call to warn you they are coming to serve you???  I called the number and told the guy let's not waste anymore time, your a scam and i'm onto you do not call me or my family anymore!!!  Needless to say, after being a little indignant, he hung up on me...DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE.

Same as all the other notes. A Steve Taylor called me from a restricted number. Then called my mom's phone. Then he called back using the San Diego police departments number. Called the police departments number back and it's a fax line. Everything about this seems fake.

Omg I had someone call my job and speak to my manager and HR department. She left her name and number. I called back and a man answered saying I have a case against me for bank fraud on an old account over ten years ago. I laughed and told him the bank account he was talking about was a prepaid bank account. I'm not in check systems and never have committed any fraud. I asked him when the court date was and he couldnt tell me. I told him he is wasting must time .
