Constantly calling my home phone number.  The number has been blocked however,
it will ring once which is annoying.

Many blocking services need the phone to ring at least once, so it can be forwarded to them in determining if it is on the blocking list.

Won't stop calling me

will not stop calling me every hour, has messaged my phone as well 2x with 2 different names stated and same messages, all with mispelled words

Said he was calling from Rocket Mortgage, and wanted to see if there were any options for me to save money. I said many times that I was not  interested, but he kept persisting. Asking me to verify info so he can do a soft pull on my credit. Just wouldn’t take no for an answer. I eventually had to hang up on him.

Why "eventually"? Why didn't you simply hang up after telling him "No"  the first time?
