Received calls, have no knowledge of, and leaves no messages.

It's Main Line Health, Radnor PA. Their message is an illegible pre-recorded "...Please call..." message.

Called twice-left no message.

Main Line Health...Bill Collectors. No message.

The unknown. dont know the number and i would not response to it. it will be reported to the fraud hot line.

Called me at least 10 times each time a 4 second long message of silence...so annoying

This was Main Line health calling about a debt to Paoli Hospital.  My son had an x-ray there in June, and I just got a bill about 2 weeks ago that I didn't even know I was going to have to pay.  I had it in with my other bills, as I was away last week, and then they start calling.  Hospitals are the worst -- I've had experiences where they don't even bill you for months, and then just after you get the bill, they start calling, when you just found out you owed them anything!

keep calling several times a week regarding a bill from riddle (part of main line health) the bill was from either march or june. march i fell on ice and fractured the femur, june i had to have manipulation under anesthesia due to the injured leg not wanting to bend correctly. the bill was sent to medicare and to va, which va said they would cover and have not done. i keep telling them that i have not and can not go back to work and I do not have any money, and to contact my attorney, but they have not and probably will not. i have told them as soon as settlement they will get paid, but they keep calling, i told them yesterday when they called to not call again i have a copy of the bill and when i receive settlement they will be paid. we will see, as they keep letting other people call and i have now talked to about three people who did not read the notes

Never was even in Paoli hospital.  I live over an hour away.  Hopefully they just dialed the wrong number.  I just blocked it

called i owe them some money the ins paid them $16000.00 and they still want $2000.00 from me

Very annoying, they call you and then tell you to hold on and all representatives are busy.  Last one said, "We are experiencing longer that usual hold times"... OK... THEN DON'T CALL ME!!!

totally agree with above from 7Mar2017 -- YOU are calling me, if YOU don't have someone right away, THEN DON'T CALL!!

This is Mainline Health but the message that is left leaves no identification.

Whenever I answer this number, all I get is silence and eventually they just hang up. Really odd. No messages. I recommend block or do not answer. If this really is a hospital number, and I owe them money, I expect to receive an official statement. Not a random phone call that leaves no message.

This was the conversation:
Caller: hello is Stanley there?
Me: May I ask whose calling?
Caller: I can’t say anything further more due to HIPAA until you verify that this is Stanley.
Me: Ok what can I help you with
Caller: You have an outstanding bill for Main Line Health
Me: ok what address did you send it to because I never got a bill from main line health.
(I log into my main line health billing account and I see no bill)
Caller: I can’t tell you until you verify your address
Me: I looked online at my account and It says I don’t owe anything
Caller: I can’t tell you anything more until you verify your address and DOB
Me: ok my address is ........
Caller: Ok yes that is the address we have on file, DOB?
Me: ok then re send it to that address
Caller: you can pay with me over the phone if you would like
Me: absolutely not (then I hung up)

I googled the number and nothing comes up. Called the number back and it nothing happens.

This number called and left the following message: "This message is for Dorothy Daines. This is MainLine Health. [Alternately -- This is Lankenau Hospital.] My name is Andre [Travis]. Please give me a call about an important business matter. "  I called them at the number stated on the invoice, which is this number above ONLY after I received a letter from Main Line Health which invoiced me for $160 with a service date that identified the service as Laboratory. I was neither at Main Line nor Lankenau Medical Center on that date. They wanted me to tell them my birth date. When I did, they said it was incorrect and that I'd have to go to Lankenau and show/or fax them my driver's license to prove my birthdate. I refused, instead asking them to identify the lab service they provided. They said they could not, but  gave me another number to call.  The call receiver told me that sometimes the lab work is not done at the hospital site and possibly my "lab work" papers never went through my insurances. Since I did have a clinical nurse come up on that date to test me for the flu virus, I thought that might be reasonable and so gave them my 2 insurances. I realized after continuing to get repeated calls from this number, that it might be a scam and so notified MEDICARE and gave them as much info as possible in case they get a claim. Seems that either this is an attempt to get your money on a credit card  OR it is a collection agency that is sloppy at getting its facts right.

Your Medicare number is your Social Security Number unless you have received the new cards.
