Received message : "FOLLOW UP for Student Forgiveness.  You are eligible for enrollment. Call 888-400-6559 to enroll."

Never signed up for anything and I don't have student loans. This is a scam. All it is is a useless middleman service. They take your information, charge you, and then forward it to free federal programs which you could have just signed up for by yourself. Or they just take your info and run off to sell your identity; not going to risk telling them anything to find out how they decide to abuse my information. They give an option to get "taken off the list" but this is BS. It doesn't do anything and they'll message from a different number later.

However, if your having a bad day feel free to call and press 1 to harass them. Criminals like this deserve no sympathy.

Text came in from bogus five digit number 350-74 with message about student loan forgiveness.  Instructed to call 888-400-6559.  No one here ever had student loans.  Just another scam.  Both numbers now blocked.

Got a call from this number...from above entrys it is a scam. Glad I didn't respond.
