I received 2 texts in one day with the following message:
"ApplicationCenter / This is an automated message from Transwest Credit Union. Your ATM card has been suspended. To reactivate call urget at
    1-888-400-6825."

I called the # and it asks me to enter my 16-digit CC #. There is no way to get around entering your card # to talk with an actual person.
