While I may not have received a call....  I know this number all TOO well.  Do not order from this company as you will pay and get NOTHING.  They require a Green Dot payment for the first order because they can run with your money and never give you the product.  Christmas of 2009 they were doing business as Surplus Marketplace and you may get an e-mail from sales@surplusmarketplace.com.  We ordered a tread climber which was "too good to be true" and with hesitation used the Green Dot because we were not familiar with it.  Everywhere that we looked it appeared safe and monitored.  Come to find out in the small print, it warns about such things.  Good Luck to you and please remember to not order from them.
