can,t find out who this caller is the are threaten me with law suit.

Me to tried to call the number it goes to a George Marin and voice mail

Ive got the call 2 times from an independent processor from Yolo County in the past 2 days in regards to service of illegal documents which I wierd cause I was born American Citizen

this number called saying they were going to serve me at work unless I called them back.

Got the same message. Threatening to serve me at work I needed to call George marion

I got the exact same thing had my name old last name and county of where I use to reside how the heck they even got my number no idea

Did they say a day and time? Weird they said they would be at my work tomorrow from 3-5 but needed my social and where I work yeah right lol

call from a processor names ms waters, she will servfe me in my place of business or residence bewteen 3-5 for signatures, a secrty gurad must be present to witness, if we dont comply its a disregard to the matter and the lawsuit will continue.

It's a scam. Real process servers don't call in advance because then you could simply avoid them. Let your HR department know about this scam so they're prepared in case they get a call.

It's a scam called me the same story , at first I was concerned but when they asked for pre paid card or an old debit card just to hold my file so I can set up payment arrangements. I figured it was a scam. Called me again I played along gave them fake random numbers  wasted like 30min of their time then when they got upset I said I. Just [***] laughed loud till they hung up on me. But they stopped and if they call back I don't mind [***] with them some more hahahaha!!!!!!!

Calling to say that they are going to sue , have no idea who this is

Got the same calls as everyone from Ms Waters.  Said she was coming out to my place of business or my home between 3 - 5 same thing need a security guard or a witness and my identifcations.  What do they think we are friggin stupid.

be careful this guys are calling people and saying that u are being sued and need to pay to avoid going to court and paying court fines and others   they tryed it to me wen I asked to have the documents mail to me the funniest [***] happened I called to find out if they mailed it  they told me that they don't know who I am or did not even talk to me and hung up so becareful out there  they will try anything   they wanted 6gs from me I told them [***] that

And wen I called the bank all I owed was $5 the they never care  they said it would be a stupid reason to sue

Lol they told me the same thing   that if I refuse to get the paperwork  I'm gonna go to jail  I laughed and told him do I look stupid  wat process server calls at 430 in the morning and then don't show up  for 3 days straight  these smammers think we're dumb and will fall for it

I got the same message, except the “independent processor from Sutter County” name was Melissa Coleman, and she was calling for a Barry Simon.  I’m definitely not Barry.. so I deleted the message! I was going to call and let them know they had the wrong phone number.. glad I checked here first!!
