Calls about once a week never leaves a mesage

All scammers .  Told me he had a PayPal refund for me. I told him he was a liar & a scammer. He said he wasn’t . I told him to mail me the refund. PayPal has my address. Tell these pos nothing. The accent gives it away. Don’t be fooled. They are very polite on the phone.

I just had a call and they said they wanted to refund me $299.31 for computer services that they can no longer offer.
I have had no computer services. After I told him that he hung up on me.

3/18/2019:  They just called and said my credit card was charged $499.99 for computer services and to call them for a refund.  I of course didn’t call them back because I knew it was a scam.

Received 2 calls today and at least once a week for several months stating I have been charged 499.00 for computer services. These call came from server different phone numbers....

Has been charged for $499.99 is your computer security and antivirus has been renewed if you want to cancel the subscription and get your money back then call on this number 888-404-5111 I repeat a 4045111.

Yes, it seems to be some Indian operation; they claim to be Microsoft Tech Services... They all have Indian accents and extremely English names. I can't figure out how they stay in business.

seems they're all  coming out of the woodwork today - so far had 2 calls from this number (re computer service/refund $299), in addition also had several other calls re medical brace (Medicare) -- maybe they need to fill a quota before month end???  So sick of these calls!!!

My Mother was contacted by this number, Indian voice with many others in background, stating she was charged $499 for Microsoft services and they refunded her "accidently" $2,000. They demanded she stay on the phone as she went to local store to obtain money orders to send them $1500. My Dad, fortunately, disconnected the call. They had Evey detail of their personal info.which now requires changed accounts and further identity protective steps. Theses criminals need to be stooped in thier tracks, prosecuted, and locked behind bars!!!

Unfortunately most of the crooks are in India or Pakistan!

I just had this same call. Scam all the way.

Call stating I will get charged for $399.00 and $299.00 for computer and if I don’t call they’ll take out the money. I’ve never had any Microsoft tech only have one computer!!!

As the caller reported above except stated $499. will be changed to my credit card. Scam. Blocked. Went to my cell phone which is rare.

Same message saying my credit card charged for $495.

Polite, ha! I asked him if the foreigners think all Americans are idiots and would fall for this. He laughed and said "Yes." I told him he had the wrong person.

These people call and say your card has been charged $499.99 for computer security. I knew this was false. I called the number to see how long I could string their people along. Heavy foreign accented guy told me I basically have to let him into my computer. I said, "Do you foreigners think all Americans are idiots?" He laughed and said "Yes." I said, "Well, I'm not. Buzz off!"
